I won't go in to too much detail as a lot is still to be sorted out, but here's the 'diet' version of the story, the rest you'll have to read on my blog (should you so wish to).
I've been very lucky and very honoured to have the opportunity to speak to an Enterbrain/Famitsu employee, who very graciously sent me the DVD movie/series he directed, known in Japan as 7bitch, or 7 Bit Channel as a gift. Think of the show as Jackass meets retro gaming, sort of. Just not as crude.
I was very lucky to receive this DVD box set that is not available anywhere outside Japan (haven't even seen it at the usual import haunts) as you have to buy it direct from Enterbrain/Famitsu and they don't ship international.
Anyway, I will be doing a thorough review of this DVD Box set and also have been granted an audience with the director, the crew and also the host, and star of the show Mr. 'Porno' Suzuki!. I've also been granted an audience with them when the wife are in Tokyo so hopefully if all this comes together and we can get it all co-ordinated in time, you'll be seeing a very cool interview and hopefully some crazy footage with the cast and crew in Tokyo!
I won't go in to much more detail, but regardless to say I'm very excited by the whole project and hopefully it will really come together for something very fun and very cool indeed. Something to look forward to in July/August hopefully. For now though, here are a few photos of this lavish, 3 disc DVD box.

There's a very reasonable beauty parlour near Akihabara station, I sent my OH there everytime I went for a geekslploration of electric town. I'll get their number for you
