HTC Primo = HTC One v???

Just wondering if anyone can help - on the Three online store, there a phone called the HTC Primo, which for some reason doesnt seem to exist yet. Looking at the specs and pics of the phone, it seems that it actually the HTC One V. Can anyone clarify this? Link here.
