Aldi TV Stand

I noticed this which is in Aldi from tomorrow:

What do you think? Good value?

Also do you think it could us used for this:

I know it says it's only for televisions up to 42 inches but surely there's no harm in putting a slightly bigger one on it?

It's a good stand, I got it during a previous run of the offer.
It's sturdy enough but can't comment on putting bigger tv's on it. Probably more to do with how heavy the tv is.

The 42" thing is probably more to do with weight than size.
It will hang over the edge on each side but check if there's a max weight on the box before purchase.

Yes, that seems sensible. I don't mind it hanging over the sides at all. I will have to check the box on the stand as the television is 20.8 kg. Shame they don't tell you that in advance of going up to Aldi to read it off the box.
