Was just wonderin how easy it is to create this web page? Dundalk vacancies page

The ideal system would allow the careers office to upload vacancy information for jobs, courses etc. that can be linked easily to social media platforms, facebook/twitter/linkedin for advertising.

For the user, they should be able to filter the 'bulletins' by area, such as engineering, business, arts and so on. The careers office needs to be able to update the information at any time. Would this be an expensive build?
