I come across this problem and I just want to share what I did with the help of online searching.

1. Enter an incorrect password 3 times on your laptop and (it will say: System disabled) and provide a five digit code.
Don't forget to write the code down, it will be used to unlock your laptop.
2. Download and Install Unlock6 on another computer.
3. Open command prompt (start -> run -> type "cmd")
4. Change directories to the folder where unlock 6 was installed (default C:\\Swsetup\\Unlock6) so, type in "cd C:\\swsetup\\unlock6"
6. Type "unlock6 xxxxx 0" (xxxxx the code from step 1)

Your laptop is now unlock.
