How to thin out arm hair?

My forearms are quite hairy, typical Irish pale skin but dark long hair.

I don't want to get rid of the hair so waxing and laser not an option. Is there any way of just thinning it out?

I have considered bleaching it but not sure what product to use.

    Any advice would be great.

A really good electrologist could do this for you. Great practitioner skill is vital, as it is far easier to clear an area completely, than to achieve a natural looking reduction. It would be important to get a good referral and to have 1 or 2 hours of treatment approximately 5 monthly until you achieve exactly the level of reduction you require.
