Hi all, Im thinking of buying a derelect house in the country and doing it up with a view to using it as a holiday home or renting it to tourist. I was hoping to go the eco friendly route, solar panels, reed bed sewage treatment, as eco as possible. Does anyone know of any grants that are available from the gvt or tourist…

Hi all,
