If you mean the box on the wall, the answer is no, the other one is for FM radio. I believe there is a filter gadget in the wall box which means that that port can only output FM.

Agreed. One is for TV. One is for connecting to the "FM" input of a HIFI. The old outlets used to have them clearly labelled. The new ones do not. UPC actually send the radio signals down the cable. They include some UK stations not avaiable on normal radios.

I could not find an up to date list but this would give you an idea:
    88.1 BBC Radio One
    88.5 BBC Radio Two
    88.9 BBC Radio Three
    89.3 BBC Radio Four
    89.7 Classic FM
    90.2 Cool FM
    90.6 BBC Radio Ulster
    91 Citybeat Belfast
    91.4 Radio Na Gaeltacht
    91.8 RTE Radio One
    92.2 RTE Radio Two
    92.6 Carrier
    93 BBC Radio Five
    93.4 Downtown
    94.2 Virgin 1215
    94.7 Unidentified (Today FM ?)
    96.2 Unidentified (Classical)
    96.6 Unidentified (Rock/Classic Pop)
    97.1 Unidentified (Ethnic)
    97.5 Unidentified (Drama)
    97.9 Unidentified (Rock/Alternative)
    98.3 Unidentified (Rap/Rave)
    98.7 Unidentified
    99.1 Unidentified (Country)
    99.8 Carrier
    100.2 Carrier
    102 Carrier
    102.2 Carrier
    104 Unidentified (TV)
    104.4 Unidentified (TV)
    104.8 Carrier
    105.6 Carrier
    106 Unidentified (TV)
    106.4 Unidentified (TV)
    106.8 Unidentified (TV)

More stations are now available digitally via the digital box. Channels up in the late hundreds are radio stations.

If you want to run two TV's off one connection, you can split it, but it's not recommended, it may cause picture breakup, snowy, freezing etc. If you call UPC out and they see and un approved conenction they will remove it. They will charge you if the callout was due to splitting the lead.

UPC charge 5 euro per month per extra TV outlet but both outlets will get a guaranteed good signal. They can also supply a second digital box.

I could not find an up to date list but this would give you an idea:

Are you in Dublin? Those frequencies don't correspond with what I'm getting from a UPC connection in Dublin.

Tuning my Hi-Fi manually to a few of those frequencies gets the following, your listing shown first

    88.1 BBC Radio One noise
88.5 BBC Radio Two RTE R1 with some noise, this is the 3rock frequency
    88.9 BBC Radio Three noise
89.3 BBC Radio Four RTE R1 with noise, the official UPC RTE R1 is 89.4

My BBC frequencies are as follows...

    99.70 BBC R1
90.10 BBC R2 this is also the Divis frequency for R2
    92.30 BBC R3
    96.35 BBC R4

I have the UPC FM cable going directly into my amp. I have no separate FM aerial so the cable is the only radio source.

The list I posted is an old list from Belfast cable. It's just to give an idea of what is there. There used to be an official list of channels at one stage but I could not find them. I haven't got my Hifi hooked into the UPC.

This was the last list available for Dublin from the days of NTL, before UPC took over in 2005. I doubt they've made any changes since.

    Radio Station Frequency
    RTE Radio 1 89.4
    2FM 91.7
    RnaG 93.9
    Lyric FM 97.5
    98FM 99
    FM104 104.6
    Today FM 100.6
    BBC Radio 1 99.7
    BBC Radio 2 90.1
    BBC Radio 3 92.3
    BBC Radio 4 96.35
    BBC Radio 5 LIVE 95.1
    BBC World Service 97.1
    Classic FM 101.9
    BBC Radio Ulster 94.5
    World Radio Network 102.7
