Cheap Holiday Deals

    I'm hoping to book a really cheap holiday for the first week in July for 2+1. Anywhere in Spain or Portugal would be fine. What I'd like to know is, is there still such a thing as last minute deals? I've been keeping my eye on the likes of Alpharooms, latedeals.ie, aer lingus and ryanair, but the prices seem to be still going up (or at least not coming down!!) Are there deals to be got a week beforehand or should I just give up now? Any ideas would be great! :)
