Twin line 1 is a very good trolley (not electric) easy to push, easy to fold away and no hassle with batteries. Can be bought for €110 approx.

I got the iCart One Trolley from American golf. I think it's perfect. Light and easy to fold, one click of a button.
    Costs about €110-€120

This has been discussed before, I have a Golf Glider for 15+ years and cannot speak highly enough of them. Great workhorse, Irish made and reliable.

Powakaddy Sport here. New model, weights absolutely nothing and is really slick looking.

Battery is smaller and quickly charged, and for me the big thing was it being light and able to fold up into such a small size, great for the boot. You see some guys looking like they are assembling a tank.

I did alot of reading and research before buying mine. There are a number of brands out there, but it would appear alot of them are in financial trouble and have gone bust. This has led to a flood of old stock at attractive prices, but no after sales support.

The general consensus was powakaddy, its the reason they are the most recognised/suggested brand. Pretty much nearly everyone has an electric trolley nowadays so I spent a good bit of time asking as many people as I could.

Anyways I got mine for €350 from the local pro, might have been a big discount considering the money I've spent with him, but Halpenny "The Cheapest in Europe" golf had it for €449

It would appear the main problem with electric trolleys is the longterm. While some are good early on with a good price, and being decently designed, its when they start to hit snags it appears most people with they bought better.

I just got a GoKart Automatic version. Only used it three times but its a seriously good piece of kit. Easily lasts 27-36 holes on an 18 hole battery and folds easily away. Sturdy as hell and loves the hills.

As things stand I'd recommend the sh*t out of this trolley.

I have a golf glider as well, bought it second hand for €140 and is working perfect. Bit bulky though as only the handle folds up.
