    hi does anyone know if pasta bake white sauce is gluten free?

    I don't know for sure, but there's usually flour in white sauce. Unless it says it's gluten free you should assume there's gluten in it.

    it has maize starch in it, but all I can see is one comment on internet saying no maize starch is not gluten free so i'l just have to go on that.
