Just wondering if anyone has any info on this.

I have a cousin, half Greek half Irish, lives in Greece, has both passports, speaks perfect English, but if she wanted to study in Ireland is she entitled to any maintenence grants? can she apply as an Irish citizen or will she have to apply as an international student?

    Thanks if you can advise

You have to be resident in Ireland for three out of the past five years to qualify for a grant, otherwise as an EU resident you qualify for free tuition fees.
