m60 a&k feed issues

    hi folks ,
    i got a M60 as a trade last week , lovely gun all round and was firing perfectly until in towards the end of a 20second burst the feed motor just stopped and discontinued has anyone had the same problems ? and or fixes ? its like the actual motor is not getting any power . its power supply is based of the guns battery itself and is an auto feed on pulling the trigger

    Took the box mag apart and I believe it's the motor that's the problem . Not a gig out of it directly wired to a battery ! anyone know where I could get a replacement , any gun techs have such laying around

    Maplin sell a small motor for about €5 (stock code YG13P) that I think will fit both a standard M4 type box mag and it also fits the G36 drum mag and looks very like the motor used in the Ares 249
    I would guess that the innards of them all are roughly the same and you may well be able to swap bits from one to the other
