Civil Service Grade V Interview

Going for an interview at Grade V level in CS. Already working at Grade IV. Job is for a specific project and a specific contract duration. Just wondering about the step up to Grade V and the additional responsibility.

I've put myself under a huge amount of pressure to get this job and I know if I don't get it, it will be because I've interviewed badly. :(

I've done a lot of preparation and will be putting the finishing touches to it tomorrow; just looking for an overall view of what people at higher grades see as key to those positions.

On a positive note and as encouragment to all those applying for panel positions with the Civil Service, I started out at Grade 3 with a 1 month contract so it's possible to work your way into the system. :)
