i got a ford 2600 tractor and would like to get lights and indicators working again as do have it on the public road.

its got the indicator stalk installed already but all wiring seems to be completely removed so totally bare,

i would really appreciate it if someone could give me step by step instructions on how to wire up the indicators, ive went out and purchased the lights and all

Well for the indicators you will also need a flasher unit (an electronic one is better),how the connector terminals are marked will determine how its wired. Different units are marked differently, as an example for instance the one I have linked to covers both indicators and hazards, if you want them.Sorry about the quality:o.Remember to fit fuses too.

img031hm.jpg In the pic, the wiring to the flasher (bottom right) is 49 (power) is going to the hazard switch, or ignition switch if you dont have the hazards.49a is going to the ind switch,31 is earth. There will be extras if you want the hazards. But as I said, it will depend on the markings on the flasher unit.

You're a needy one anyway. Should be a huge queue to do the work for you.
