If it is possible for you to bag up the dead cat and store it until the vets open on Tuesday, then bring it to your local vet to dispose of.
I found a cat that had been killed on the road a while back, and did that. I called my vet first to ask them if I could bring it up, and they obviously didn't charge me. There is always the chance that the cat was someone's pet and the vets can scan for a microchip, or record the details in case someone contacts them over a missing pet.
