    I'm in the process of selling my old car. I have an offer which I'm considering this week. Now i'm thinking of which car to buy...

    Check list would be,
    Diesel
    Good deal of power (>130)
    Round 10k mark give or take
    prefer 5dr
    Year wise i dont mind if its 07 or 08 as with the tax changes coming for next year there wouldn't be much of an advantage of a 08 over a 07.

    I'm thinking of a golf gt or something similar. Would be interested in hearing your suggestions.

    If buying a high powered modern diesel i would get something you like w/o a dmf and remap it, is main reason i won't be getting a 10k diesel car really.
