Need some help Planning a birthday holiday

    Hi all wife has a big birthday coming up in Dec 30th 2013, so I want to try and plan a memorable holiday after xmas for 10 - 14 nights.Two kids will be 17 & 15.

    Been to Aus, loved Singapore, Bali, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Fiji but think they may be a bit too far for the time we've got. Also been to Portugal,Istanbul,Stockholm,Copenhagen,Munich, Berlin,Villniers,Paris

    We have been skiing Europe for a few years and love skiing but I can't help feeling if we booked a skiing holiday it wouldn't be much different than any other year. Of course there is the option of skiing Canada or America.

    Haven't been to North or S. America, Africa, Arab states, Caribbean, Russia so can anyone give me some advice on where to go.
