Need a wisdom extraction asap!

I have been to see two separate dentists in the past month and they both referred me to separate oral surgeons to have a wisdom tooth extraction. Both oral surgeons are expensive and booked out until late July! I am in agony up every morning at 4am with the severe pain and then expected to go an do a days work every day :(…

Can anyone recommend a surgeon who can perform the operation any quicker? (i will be paying cash as of course there is one price for a health insurance customer and another price for a cash customer)
