Can anyone do a quick check and see if the new layout for www.allmusic.com works OK or crashes in Firefox 11/12 (normal or safe mode)?

I even went as far as updating my distro so I could update Firefox but it still crashes 100% of the time on me.

Hmm, it's happening on about 75% of sites now. I keep getting this error (from the command line):
###!!! ABORT: X_ShmPutImage: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes); 9 requests ago: file /build/buildd/firefox-12.0+build1/build-tree/mozilla/toolkit/xre/nsX11ErrorHandler.cpp, line 190

Reading your post on the ubuntu forums re banking website... that looks like it might be java version related. You might try installing the sun version (or the oracle version I guess it is now).

I'm not so sure about the initial error reported though, but from the little googling I did it seems it could be related to javascript so perhaps there is some link to java version there too!?

Changing to Oracle Java didn't help unfortunately. I'm debating changing browser or reformatting, neither of which is very appealing.

Looks like my preferences.js file was screwed up. A new profile seems to have done the trick (fingers crossed).
