I had been seeing a counciller about my depression but due to a very irregular working week I have not been able to see her for a month(she only works Mon - Wed), she's off on hols in June and me in July and really want to deal with this now.
I would like to find somone to work through my issues online (e.g. Skype). I would prefer someone in Ireland but would consider UK or even the US.
    Any connections or tips?
    Penny

Yes stick with your therapist, especially if this is what you contracted too before she went on leave. Also we cannot recommend inidividual therapists. Best of luck with it
