Got a B in my mocks, but i have not been studying much since. For paper 1, I know my media studies well and I am fairy good at bullsh*ting stories! But on paper two, I'm average at my poems/drama/novel. I was wondering how hard it was to get an A if I cram the night before and the morning of the exam.

    Thanks!

I got a B in the mocks...I didn't put any quotes in for the play question, yes I'm not sure how I got the B to be honest..

I think you will get the A if you learn over stuff the night before and make sure you are confident about how you write about the novel..

On the other hand, I have not done much for english and I'm just gonna learn a love poem and quotes and I want to get my B in the real thing.. Practise structuring your answers and learn the poems inside out and you will be fine!

    I got a very high B in the Mocks (2% off an A!! :( )
and Ive been studying as much as I can to try and get myself an A in the actual thing! I guess its all about how determined you are and how well you want to do but I wouldnt reply on cramming :/

Really most of your english comes down on the day. For your studied poem/text/drama show the examiner that you know your stories well by adding in as many quotes as you can into space without completely overloading with them and add in your opinion. Also an important thing is to show the examiner you look at a text (such as comprension, unstudied text/poem/drama that you can look at it and give your a opinion and know what its about. Plus the main thing that you can do is just bullsh1te your way through it :D

I got an A in the mocks, without preparing answers or any of that ****e.. I just read my texts and gave my opinions on them.
