Hoping someone can help me with this, also hope I put this in the right place.

My screen goes blank when I try to start some games on my pc. When I check the tv settings it tells me there is no signal. Games that it has happened on are Mass Effect 1 (2&3 work ok), The walking Dead Part 1 and lately Max Payne 3.

Advent DT1310b - Specs are:
i5 2310
8GB ddr sdram
GeForce GT530 1GB Dedicated memory (drivers up to date)
Direct X version is 11.

Pc is connected to a 32inch tv via hdmi.

I have tried playing about with resolution but no joy. I dont know a great deal about this stuff so at a wall here, your help would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely a resolution problem or that of your frequency (50-60Hz). What brand is the TV
