    i'm a PAYE worker, always have been so never had to do any returns.
    Got a form 12 in the post today which i have to fill and return.
    why would i get this, this year when i have never got it before?

    Some are sent out randomly each year and some are targeted, so anyone can get one of these. Once received, they have to be completed and returned. Just complete all the sections which apply to you.
