How do I get back overpaid USC???

I know that I was deducted USC in 2011 and I am definitely entitled to a full refund but how do I go about getting it back? (I have my P60) Thanks

When your employer issued you your p60 they should also have issued you a statement which is a Usc cert, you then send that off to revenue to apply for a refund.
