Will DSP know I went to court for maintenance

    hi im bringn my ex to court, I found out I will get nothing extra as they wil take it from my money anyway, im not surving at d moment and il b homeless in a matter of months if I dnt get a bit extra, after court will the social no iv went to court or I have to tell them? thank you so much 4ur help in advance

    You have to notify DSP if there is a change in your circumstances. Depending on the scheme it can affect your payment.
