Any shops in Dublin willing to price match CRC?

Looking at buying a set of mavic aksium race or fulcrum racing 5 wheels, and in each case they're nearly €50 cheaper to buy off CRC. I'd prefer to buy in Ireland, so if anyone can recommend a shop in or around Dublin that would be willing to match their price I'd happily give them my business today (if I can get there on time) or tomorrow.

Perhaps someone in the trade can answer this (I'm not). I think they will answer that they cannot match the buying power of CRC and therefore cannot match their prices (they but in greater bulk and therefore cheaper, then can operate on smaller profit margins per item because they sell more).

I try to buy local where possible and where the difference is not much. I certainly prefer LBS if things go wrong, faulty item, repair under warranty etc.

Having said that, in my experience it is worth checking LBS as they can be cheaper sometimes or may match CRC prices.

I have got cheaper from LBS in the past. OP, I think you should just go in and ask your LBS or one where you saw it, just make sure they are like for like, I think a lot of LBS' would be happy that at least you're making an effort to shop local (I know some will probably grumble anyway).
