    Hi,

Currently living in New York and my visa runs out in November. Would love to stay but it's very tough. Anyone know anything about the artist visa? I hear it's easy enough to get but I'm not sure! Any help is much appreciated!

    Thanks

If you have a venue/ promoter that will petition for you yes, they are fairly easy to get (P category is easier than O). However, it costs your employer substantial fees, and takes quite a while, unless they are willing to pay for premium processing, and of course only lasts as long as you are contracted for.
