The wheels on my old halfords apollo are about to fall apart after 10 years of intermittent use so if you guys could point me towards a decent wheel set for a training hack.Dont want to spend to much so they have to be reasonable

If you could get a pair of open pro on 105 or ultegra hubs second hand they would be ideal...

I recently got some Fulcrum Racing 5s from bike-components.de for €175.

Delivery was €30 but it was a big order.

Haven't fitted them yet but they're about the same weight as the Aksium and reputedly stay true longer.

    Rosebikes.de have Shimano 501s for €79 + shipping. But on a 10year old Apollo ? Maybe 2nd hand ?

HIGHLY reccomend these. Though I would be 100% sure they can be got a lot cheaper elsewhwere.
