Dog fouling app

Hi I'm part of a team of 4 doing a college project on developing an environmental app about the problem of dog fouling in our communities.
We have a rough idea of what we’d like to do but we’d like to get your input into it.

The basic idea of the app is:
That the user would tag a specific location where a dog fowl is found and this would then be relayed onto a map. The users could then see the clear areas/routes. So if you have the time and want to help Here's what we'd like to know.
    • What are your feeling on dogs dirt in your community and in public places in general?
    • Do you have any ideas on how it might be dealt with?
    • Would you use such an app directed specifically at this problem?

Feel free to pick up on any one of these points or all if you want to contribute. Ranting and rambling allowed(within reason). Thanks for your time.

An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
