Joint Tenancy

    Hi there,

    My wife and I took out a Mortgage three years ago in a Joint Tenancy agreement. Our marriage has soured and I am wondering what my options are. I have been paying the mortgage for 2 years now and all bills etc. We also have a young boy as well. What are my legal options here ?
