Wanted: Racing bike circa 300 euro

Modern racing bike wanted around 300 euro. Would prefer reputable brand name. To suit 6ft male. Must have Brifters/Sti gear system. Its my first racing bike and would consider extra for helmet and such.Budget is limited to this and not prepared to go over 300.
