    Hi,

I just been offered a new job and my employer has requested a police clearence from Australia. Its been 5 years since I was there. My question is about the form, it's asks for current address and previous address so do I use my address from here in Ireland or my Australian addresses? Or do i have to include a letter explaining my story?

Thanks for your help in advance!
