major problems with viagogo.ie coldplay tickets

    Hi Guys.

    I was wondering can anyone help.


    My friend and I purchased tickets from viagogo.ie for coldplay in london on Saturday.

    We recieved our tickets yesterday but they are for the wrong date Monday the 4th of June.


    We have tried to contact them via facebook, twitter and there contact us section on there page.


    There customer helpline is automated and we have had no luck with that either.


    We have paid alot of money for flights and tickets


    Does anyone know what I can do?

    General Notes

    You are buying tickets from a third party, viagogo is not the ticket seller.
    Ticket prices are set by the seller and may be above or below face value.
    All events and times are subject to change, it is up to you to check local listings for any updates.
    All Sales are final.

    There is absolutely nothing you can do, bar contact the seller of these tickets. It's a private sale, possibly from a tout. You basically have no hope (or practically none anyway).

    Edit:
    Having said that, they also have a "guarantee" in place, but how you'd go about activating that I don't know.
    Buyers are guaranteed to get the tickets they paid for in time for the event. In the rare instance that a problem arises, viagogo will provide similar or better tickets, or in the worst case a full refund.

    Sellers are guaranteed to get paid for the tickets they sell
    We do this by:

    Monitoring all transactions to ensure that sellers deliver
    Delivering tickets using world-class courier services like UPS
    Only paying sellers once the buyer has attended the event
