Hey guys just wondering is it possible to switch from Digital Media to 2nd year CSSE at the start of next year or would I be too late?

    Hi,
Your best bet is to get in touch with the Admissions Office (Contact details here: http://admissions.nuim.ie/contact/index.shtml). They can give you all the details you need, although, you will have to wait for exam results before you can officially lodge a course transfer request.

Thanks! Are they open until the exam results are out?

As far as I know they are. Send them an e-mail and they can give you the basics, and at least a yes or no about going from Media to CSSE

I've just done Digital Media for first year and want to switch to CSSE too :).

As far as I know, it is possible to switch if you studied Maths as your arts subject with media, otherwise I'm 99% sure you would have to repeat first year in order to take maths and progress to CSSE. Which could be a lot of hassle depending on how much you want to switch.
