Is it possible to get acces to singal records for mainly intercity routes from heuston in particular Cork, Galway and Waterford. I know the realtime on the website works but you have to look at it when the train is running and it can't being seen after that

Nope, it isn't assessable. They get passed after a while to the IRRS when you may be able to access them but all you will be looking at is a list of times, numeric code and routes so it's latin unless you what's what.
