Is it OK to eat frozen berries, the ones Dunnes sell? Would consuming these regularly cause health problems?

My mother would say 'they'll give you a chill on your stomach', :D but other than that I can't see why there would be a problem, whats the difference between that and ice-pops, icecream, sorbet etc.

why would it cause health problems? Just because they're cold or are you thinking of something else. I tried them a few times but they defrost horribly and I never liked them in homemade smoothies or anything.
