Hi. I have a thirteen year old who is interested in taking up athletics. He currently runs in school and really enjoys it. Would posters here have any recommendations for a Dublin based running club for him , preferably Northside. I'd be grateful for any pointers..... Thanks

Plenty of clubs to pick from in the northside, what area are you in?

Clonliffe are based in Santry, or if the phoenix park is easier, take your pick from Donore Harriers, MSB and Liffey Valley.

All are very good clubs and will cater for your young lad.

If you are looking at the park I would highly recommend Celtic/DCH.
