    Whats the story with stamp 4?

    I am on a green card at the moment ( ireland). I am moving onto a stamp4 next month (since its been 2 years since i have been on a green card). Now i am not exactly sure what it means in terms of changing jobs. Does it mean that i can work in any job? Does it matter if the salary of the new job is more/less than the salary of the initial job for which i got the green card for?

    The reason i am asking this is because I got a better job ( in terms of profession and not salary) offer and might change my job in august/september. However i am afraid if i change my job to a lower paygrade one, will i run into problems when i go back to the immigration in 2 years time (stamp 4 is issued for 2 years apparently )
