Public Place to play baseball with friends

    Hey Guys

    Am trying to set up a baseball game with some friends this weekend.

    Can anyone recommend a park or public place to play?

    Lots of the parks I can think of, they're all a bit small for baseball or too many families walking around.

    Phoenix park perhaps?

    Is this open all year round? Can it be used by the public? If so, nowhere better! :D

    Failing that, I'm sure someone in Dublin can recommend somewhere.

    Corkagh Park is in use this weekend Saturday and Sunday.

    Would there be anywhere in Phoenix Park where one could play?

    Has anyone tried playing there before? It's not a very serious game

    Yeah, games have been played there before. There was an exhibition game outside the US ambassadors place a few years ago and some of the teams train there.
