It should mention it on the site it's on but here's a rough idea:

Mini Valet - interior hoover, dash cleaned, mats cleaned
OR - wash, wheels washed, wax

Full Valet - All the above.

Different crowds offer different things in these packages. Some could do carpets with a wet and dry vac, others mightn't have one. They are fairly broad terms and differ from valetor to valetor.
