    Hi all myself and the girlfriend + baby are considering building as we have a site given as a gift. we are wondering what exactly we need to get approval or are we dreaming in the current climate.Here is how we are im a self employed capenter earning roughly 28k/year and my girlfriend is a hairdresser earning around 24k/ year. We have a baby presume this will work against us. we have about 20k saved and we are currently renting a house for 650/month.We have no loans or credit card bills?what are our chances or what could we expect to be given approval for?any help would be great!
