New iPad losing data signal

    Hi,

I have a new iPad, bought it about two weeks ago.

When not in range of wifi I am loosing my 3g connection. I get an error message something along the lines of "Sorry we could not establish a data connection" This happens at least once on every session when using mobile data.

I have tried having my sim card replaced and the issue isn't signal because its on o2 in the middle of Dublin and my phone works perfectly.

Sometimes it will come back on by itself other times I have to switch it into airplane mode and back and sometimes I have to reset it. Occasionally none of them work and I just have to wait for a couple of minutes and it starts working itself.

Sometimes it will still show full 3G signal and other times it will just show nothing or searching for a signal.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this? Its only two weeks old but I dont want to have to deal with returning it to power city - they are the biggest bunch of ****** when dealing with returns.

I dont know if I could show them the problem instore and that might mean having it sent off and be left without it for weeks.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

This isn't the first time I've heard of it. From what i remember its a network problem rather than an ipad problem. Hopefully others here can give a better answer.
