You could try some charity shops - I got a really awful 80's style wedding dress in my local charity shop last year - some students needed it for a fashion competition - the lady in the shop was delighted to get rid of it and sold it to me for €5!!
Also maybe you could have a look on sites like donedeal or gumtree - don't know if they're any good for what you need but worth a look!
