    Hi all,
Just to let you know that Clonard Road Club will be holding the Enfield Grand Prix next Tuesday, the 5th June @ 8pm in Enfield village, Co. Meath (on the old N4 road).

    It is a 51km race (8 laps of a 6.4km circuit).
The race will start at 8 p.m with sign on from 6:30 p.m at Na Fianna GAA pitch in Enfield (Dublin side of the village).
There will be post race refreshments, and further details are on the website:

Seems to be a busy week for racing, but hope to see some of you there ;)

    Thanks for the info Clonard!

So it's been moved back to Tuesday again - it was on Monday in the CI calendar for a while. Same night as Corkagh Park now. Will have to have a think.

I'm right in presuming this is a handicap with all categories racing the same race?

edit: PS any chance of a route map/profile?

Hi buffalo, yeah sorry there was a bit of confusion over the date, but it should be corrected now on the CI calendar (they had it listed for Monday, but it is definately on the Tuesday ;) ).

You are correct about the handicap - the A4's and A3's will be let off before the 1's and 2's alright.

We'll get a link for the route/profile posted asap...

hi again - slight change to the event tonight. Sign-On is not at the GAA Pitch in Enfield, because they have a big match on this evening.

    New venue...
Continue on past the GAA Grounds...up through the village and on the left hand side is the 'Bridge House'. We will have the sign on there from 6.30pm.

    apologies for the late notice.

Thanks Clonard, it's a great circuit, and it turned out decent (dry!) in the end.
