Hi all. I'm one half of a couple looking to go on holiday in August. It's peak-time, I know, but it works with work etc. and I'm looking for as good a deal as possible. We're flying ex. London on August 12th to... anywhere with sun, a pool and a couple of bits to do. It will probably have to be Europe on account of budget…

Hi all.

I'm one half of a couple looking to go on holiday in August. It's peak-time, I know, but it works with work etc. and I'm looking for as good a deal as possible. We're flying ex. London on August 12th to... anywhere with sun, a pool and a couple of bits to do. It will probably have to be Europe on account of budget - we'd ideally like to fly back into Ireland directly, but will take another flight if needs be. Any advice that people could give in terms of money saving tips, when to book, where to book etc. would be great. We're happy to DIY, but will go for a package if it has what we are looking for.
