I was wondering if anyone has retrofitted this type of rad and how they got on with it.

Originally, I was thinking of retrofitting UFH but I think the disruption wouldn't be justified as I have a bungalow so all floors involved.

Now wondering if new efficient rads on the inner walls of the house be a better option? If I wanted something like air-to-water to replace the oil burner.

You will have to get low temp rads to work with the air to water, something like Solo or Dimplex rads. I have never fitted them but anyone I know that has are happy with them.

You will need the get heat loss calculations done for each room.
