Leaving Cert Course in a year?

I'm in fifth year right now and I've missed a lot of school and coursework. I plan on catching up during the summer. Is this possible, for 7 subjects? How much would you think I'd need to be getting done daily to have everything covered by the time I go into Leaving Cert in September. Thanks in advance :)
