    Hi,

Just got this in a mail - thought it might be of interest to some here. I'd love to attend myself, but I don't think I can make it
53 Degrees North are delighted to announce that we are hosting an Inov8 running clinic entitled 'Making the Transition to Natural Running' on Wednesday 30th May in our Cork store and Thursday 31st May in our Carrickmines store.

Andrew Burton from Inov-8 will explain the benefits and principles of natural running, tips on improving your running form and how Inov-8 footwear can help you make a smooth transition to natural running.

Paul Tierney, Irish International trail runner and member of Team Inov-8 Ireland will talk about his experience in making the transition from orthotics to minimal shoes and his experiences as one of Ireland's leading ultra-distance trail runners including his recent completion of the Bob Graham Round (72 miles, 27,000ft ascent, 42 peaks, 24 hours).

To book your place please email info@53degreesnorth.ie and make sure to let us know which store you wish to attend.
