    Hi,

Does anyone know if this furniture has been in stock before and have you bought it? Looks nice, just wondering does it look good in real life? They are very cheap...just wondering as they will be all boxed up.

Its "flat packed" and in a cardboard box.

    You put it together yourself.:)

Yes Paddy, the ad says that but I'm wondering if it looks as good put together as it does in the photo.

I bought a chest or drawers in lidl, quality was better than argos but the backing was too weak for the weight of the drawers. then the bottoms of the drawers started to 'belly'. I screwed in supports and screwed 4 mil mdf on the back for added stability. Today the middle drawer is off track. Its only ever had baby clothes in it. So looks strong but not for everyday use.

I got an argos wardrobe before had it for five years and then it started to fall apart with the weight of of my personal belongings you know cosmetics and clothes that sort of thing..

I've had a few flat-pack jobs in my time but after time they all fall apart. I've found the best value is getting a really good second hand piece and doing it up. It's the same price, looks better and will out last most of us!
